Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped using USPS or other trusted carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Seamoss Valley is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Seamoss Valley is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:
1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a delivery inquiry.
3. File a claim directly with the carrier if necessary.
